The Lottery

The Lottery is a short story  written by Shirley Jackson in 1948. So the story tells us about a Lottery which happened in a small village,many people participate in the lottery. So, on every 27th June, they have lotteries in the village. Mr. Summer  is the one who keep the lottery tickets in a black box. After, they conducted the lottery and a man named Bill got the lottery with the black dot. So, one person from his family member has to die. Then, the chosen one turned out to be his wife, named Tessie. So she was stoned to her death.

I think that this story is very good because the writer makes the situation unique. At first the situation was calm, but when it reaches the climax it becomes very tense. The writer also writes the story in very much detail and makes a good storyline to get us curious of the end of the story.

WarHorse Movie Review

War Horse

War Horse is a historical movie based on a famous novel Michael Morpugo. This movie was set before and during World War I. War Horse was made on 2011, filmed and directed by famous producer Steven Spielberg. Steven Spielberg is a very famous movie director, as he Directed  many movie such as ‘’Jurassic Park’’ and ‘’Jaws’’. War horse is starred by Jeremy Irvine as ‘’Albert Narracot(albie) ,Peter Mullan as Ted Narracot, Albie’s father, and Emily Watson as ‘’Rosie’’, Albie’s mother. They are family living in the village of Devon, in England. This film was nominated for six academy awards including best picture,two golden Globe awards and five BAFTAs.

War horse tells us a story about a young boy name Albert Narracot (Jeremy Irvine) and the horse's name is Joey. One day there is an auction for a horse, and Ted Narracot (Peter mullan) was won the auction from  his rival Lyons. And when Ted brought his horse to his house, Albert is very happy because he is much in love with the horse. Albie says to his father that he would train the horse, and then Albie gives the horse name which is Joey,and Albie takes care of Joey. Everyday They play together. But when Joey is sold to the English man Captain Nicholls (Tom Hiddleston), Joey joins the war between England and Germany.

The movie is good, the sound effects make the movie  very realistic and fun to watch. The sounds of explosions, gunfires and horses make people who watch feel like they are in the movie. The Sound effects are very nice because they use simple things as they make good sounds. 

I recommend this movie  especially for teenagers, because this movie is very great, and all the scenes are perfect and tell us about the situation in the war, and tell us about the meaning of ‘’friendship’’. The movie gives us a great moral, which is that in life, we cannot give up, we have to achieve our goals and make a better future.

War horse is a dram film directed by Steven Spielberg on 2011.

          England man Ted Narracot  buy a big beautiful horse from a auction ,he buy it for 30 guineas he won the auction from Toey lyons, and he is addicted to alcohol.he bring his new Horse to his house and when his wife see that ted bring a horse his wife getting mad her name is Rosie because actually her family is poor. And they have a young boy named Albert(albie) when albie see that his father bring horse he is happy and want to train the horse.  Albie very love his horse so albie gave name the name of his horse is joey. Joey and Albie playing everyday together, and almost everyday Albie train joey to be a better horse,joey is very obedient to albie,but there are one thing that joey can't do is jumping. Lyons came to their house trying to collect the rent money like 30 guineas,because ted only have 15s he promise to pay on October.

            One day England and German want to war,And ted narracot want to sell joey to the army,then the army buy it for 40 guineas and albie very sad because joey is sold by the army to war,and i albie says to joey ''i will find you,wherever you are''. in the army Joey have a new owner name captain nicholls a cavalry man. when the war start captain died, and joey and topthorn taken by a young German army  named Gunther and his brother michael. Michael and Gunther bring joey and topthorn to a dark place like a house they both escape from the war. the next morning they both arrested by the German and German kill them,but german do not now that michael and gunther have two big house Joey and topthorn.

   Than there are a cute young girl name emilie she is 14 years old . She found Joey and Topthorn in a house near her house she live with his grandfather a French farmer. emilie cares deeply for the two horses. Emilie is a sickly child, but the horses give her strength and a reason to live. then emillie very happy because she have two big beautiful horses. everyday Emillie play with the horse and train the horse to jump. and the next morning emillie talk to his grandfather that she want to riding her horse,and his grandfather allow her to ride. then emillie riding her horse to kind of hill , but when grandfather call her to comeback she dont say anything, and her grandfather follow her to the hill,when grandfather arrived he see that emillie and her horse get arrested by the german army,the Germany take joey and topthorn and return back emillie to his grandfather.

          Joey and Topthorn now is on Germany army. The Germans put Joey to work as a cart-puller, hauling injured soldiers to medic tents for treatment. Doing his duty, Joey meets Topthorn, a strong black stallion who becomes his best friends. Joey is pull cannon with the other horse,because Germany and England want to do war again. And the Germany fire the cannon to the england, There is albie in the england army,albie is part of england army, becasue albie want to find joey so they have to join the war. when the war finish one of englang army found joey in wire, so his try to pull out joey from the wire,then he bring joey to the army post, then joey and albie meet again, and after albie's eyes recover. albie and joey go home to england meet with his father and mother with a beatiful sunset and hug eachother.  THE END

      

Who Should Be Blamed?

(Argumentative Essay) Abdul Qodir Jaelani or usually called Dul ,was in the car accident . The car crush happened in September 8 2013 it happened at 00.45 am ,dul is Ahmad Dhani son the famous musician in Indonesia, He was driving a black Mitsubishi Lancer home after dropping his girlfriend on Sunday morning, the car accident  claimed the lives of a total of seven people, and several unknown number of other people injured, both severely and mild injuries. Dul and his friend Naufal have a serious injuries and 2 of them rushed to hospital. Dul have a serious injuries in his lungs and many bones break,his friend naufal saputra also have a serious injury. He also has broken bones,both now was treated in Pondok Indah hospital.

The car accident happened after losing control,and also the car speed was very fast the speedometer saw us that it is 105 kilometer per Hour. Based on the news Dul is losing control of his car, he want to overtake the car in front of him,but the space is not good enough to overtake because of that the car was smash the road divider and pass to it so the car was in a opposite direction and BUMM! the car crash happened his car crashing a Daihatsu Gran Max minibus and a Toyota Avanza. And many people blame his father Ahmad Dhani for what his son do that take 7 victim Died and 9 people injured. But my group was disagree that his father ''Ahmad Dhani" is to be blamed and take responsible for what his son do,i have the fact that Dul should be blamed not his father.

The first fact is Dul is underage he is 13 Years old boy.he is 13 years old he must be already understand about what is good and what is bad. he must be know what consequence that him if he do something wrong,and he already about the law and he still break the law.  it's all about he want to follow what his father said or take he's own choice. when he out from his house he say to his father that he want to go somewhere else,evidently he want to drop his girlfriend to Bogor is it quite far from jakarta. he's lied to his father. He's father know that his child lied after the accident happened.

The other fact is Dul Should have a driver because his father is a famous people in Indonesia and a big musician in Indonesia. he should have a driver that can drive him Everywhere he want to go. he's father said that all his child already have he's own driver. But when the car crash happened there is no driver inside car, Dul drive by him self and his friends.the question is where is his driver in that time? why Dul drive by himself ? Based on my research i found that Dul said to his driver to go home earlier,so that's why dul drive by himself ,this is not the driver fault or his father's fault it is Dul fault because he's father already give him private car including with a driver. but Dul want to drive by himself so it's Dul fault.

Dul make a fake ID to drive,he also break the law,because of the car crash there is 7 people died ,the family of the victims Claim Ahmad Dhani Dul's father to pay,and Ahmad Dhani promise to the family of the victims that he will pay the education for a child that the father died in that accident or one of the victims,and Ahmad Dhani Dul's father give some money to the family of the victims to help the economy because evenly the victims is underprivileged person.

The conclusion is the father is not should be blamed,but Dul himself should be blamed, it's all dul  

 fault he have to responsible to all his fault,and he have to ready to get all consequence for all his actions.

RICARDO KAKA BACK TO AC MILAN FROM MADRID ! :D

AC Milan have reached an agreement to re-sign Brazil forward Kaka from Real Madrid.

The 31-year-old last week revealed he wanted to leave the Bernabeu after four years - having joined from Milan for a reported 70million euros (£56million) in 2009 - and Rossoneri vice-president Adriano Galliani moved quickly to persuade the 2007 Ballon d'Or winner to return to Serie A. 

The Milan statement continued: 'Last night after 2000 CET, thanks to the traditionally good relationship between the two clubs, Real Madrid and Milan reached and formalised an agreement for the transfer of Ricardo Kaka into Rossonero colours ( AC MILAN).
